Guest Services
- Effectively communicate recruit & develop the Guest Services Teams & leader
- Recruit consistently train and oversee volunteers & coverage for each area
- Recruit one coach/ lead for any volunteer team larger than 3 and less than 12
- Cross-train high capacity volunteers in multiple areas
- Oversee leaders & assist them to reach their full potential in their areas including:
- HOST team
- Greeters
- Ushers
- New to CCV Tables/Information Tables
- Parking lot
- Meet with direct line to go over goals and initiatives regularly for G.S. ministry.
- Model a positive authentic and caring behavior and communicate the vision of CCV
- Coordinate with the team leaders to ensure adequate staffing to the ministry areas and established baselines
- Follow up with all contacts/prospective leaders by phone to plug them into serving in the G.S. ministry
- Make personal contact with all new volunteers and communicate with the Service Leaders they will serve under
- Ensure the Evacuation Plan is in place within the worship service
- Input weekly attendance from all services
- Ensure volunteers have the necessary supplies for their shift
- Track ministry goals & objectives for the year
- Track ministry volunteer engagement and encourage Next Steps for all team members
- Know the create the plus model; encourage others and demonstrate on all serve teams.
Operations
- Recruit consistently train and oversee volunteers & coverage for each area
- Facility Operations
- Maintain the use of the campus ensuring the proper doors and access points are open and closed before and after scheduled events including restrooms.
- Use the facility schedule to adequately execute room set ups for events including tables and chair configurations tables skirting and special needs weekly.
- Inspect rooms and buildings prior to events and make sure all needs are met including temperature settings doors and access room configurations and last minute needs and details.
- Develop a formalized cleaning plan for each area of the facilities to support three approaches to cleaning: A quick pass-by before or during events after-event cleaning and scheduling routine deep cleans.
- Trash management and removal for services and special events.
- Have regular check-ins with supervisor to go over goals/initiatives for operations on campus.
- Operate clean and maintain equipment according to CCV operating procedures; train and oversee volunteers to keep with those standards
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of each area
- Meet with and gain professional relationships with all vendors in use on campus.
- Manage all processes of inventory including product selection ordering receiving storing and displaying merchandise.
- Organize all product line displays including books bibles cards apparel music gifts and resource materials.
- Manage the POS systems and handle money according to CCV procedures.
Pastoral Care
- Provide Pastoral care to the people as needed. This includes but is not limited to weddings funerals baptisms hospital/hospice calls and baby dedications
- Consistently mentor and encourage each team member and volunteers to move to Next Steps.
- While most of the time you will be caring primarily for the people in your area of responsibility it is understood that Pastoral Care is to be a team effort and therefore you may be asked to help people in other areas as needed
Community Relations
- Develop relationships with key members and organizations within your region (school leaders business leaders city officials etc.)
- Encourage relationship between CCV Volunteers and community leaders
- Encourage members of your team to move through our Next Steps
- Work with Associate Pastor to help identify potential Neighborhood Group leaders and potential group participants
Qualifications :
Character & Chemistry
- A passion for reaching the lost
- Personal integrity in all areas of life
- Must be a participating member of CCV (or moving forward in doing so)
- Regularly attends worship services with their family
- Is an active participant in a neighborhood group a transformation group and is a regular tither
- Must be able to multitask in order to effectively oversee all areas of this ministry

- Interpersonal Skills relates well to all kinds of people and builds effective relationships communicates effectively both interpersonally and corporately.

Education & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Experience mentoring or leading others to Christ
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Experience working in Ministry is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
