We are currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for our Rockledge clinic location. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Perform splinting according to diagnoses.
- Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Develop therapeutic interventions focusing on daily living activities
- Educate patients and families about adaptive techniques and equipment use
- Participate in discharge planning and provide home exercise programs
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
Qualifications :
- NBCOT certified graduate from an accredited college
- Current state of Florida license CPR certification
- Experience in the field of Hand Therapy
- Outgoing and energetic personality
