Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha Qatar. As a Contracts Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of contract administration ensuring compliance and optimizing our contractual relationships.

• Develop negotiate and manage complex contracts throughout their lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with contract terms conditions and relevant laws and regulations
• Lead contract negotiations with clients vendors and partners
• Analyze and mitigate contractual risks to protect the companys interests
• Oversee the preparation and review of contract documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address contractual issues and resolve disputes
• Monitor contract performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Implement and maintain contract management systems and processes
• Provide expert advice on contractual matters to senior management and stakeholders
• Stay updated on local and international contract laws and best practices

Qualifications :

• Post-graduate qualification in Project Management Construction Engineering Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in contract management preferably in the infrastructure sector
• Strong knowledge of local and international contract laws
• Proven track record in successful contract negotiations and dispute resolution
• Experience in performance monitoring and claims management
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the Qatar business landscape is a plus
