- Oversee all contract and procurement processes to secure high-quality goods and services at competitive prices.
- Prepare review negotiate and manage contracts with customers suppliers and vendors ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and operational efficiency goals.
- Manage supplier selection evaluation and relationships to ensure optimal performance and resolve disputes.
- Monitor and track contract performance renewals amendments and compliance with agreed terms.
- Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies legal requirements and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with finance to manage procurement budgets control costs and identify savings opportunities.
- Lead risk management initiatives to address supplier and procurement-related risks.
- Utilize data analytics tools and online procurement platforms for reporting and process optimization.
- Lead or manage a procurement team especially in IT or related industries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws regulations and best practices in procurement and contract management.
