Project Specialist Global B2B Training (Wholesale & Travel Retail)

As our Project Specialist Global B2B Training you play a pivotal role within the Wholesale & Travel Retail department. You focus on developing and elevating creative training tools and content for our global field teams specifically supporting the engagement and performance of account managers local trainers and beauty advisors.

Your primary responsibility is to create engaging innovative and interactive training materials ensuring our field teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to represent Rituals with excellence in multibrand environments. Your creativity and eye for detail help inspire teams working with prestigious partners such as Sephora Douglas and De Bijenkorf.

By leading the creation of impactful toolboxes and training programs you contribute to positioning Rituals as a leading wellbeing beauty brand building a true LOVE brand in the market.

In this role you develop and adapt training tools content and programs in line with our Marketing & Program strategy. You support the rollout of the B2B Feel Good Experience and organize global training moments that bring our teams together.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Create & adapt training tools (videos e-learnings one-pagers podcasts) for internal teams and global B2B partners.
• Roll out the B2B Feel Good Experience to ensure a consistent and inspiring brand journey.
• Organize global training moments including Train-the-Trainer sessions Ambassador Days and Account Manager meetings.
• Develop SCORM-compliant e-learnings that are interactive accessible and effective.
• Design and manage onboarding for beauty advisors and account managers worldwide.
• Align training materials with marketing campaigns to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Youll be based at our Amsterdam Central Head Office overlooking one of the citys iconic canals. Reporting to the Global B2B Training Manager youll be part of our international Wholesale & Travel Retail team. • 3 years of project management experience
• Proven stakeholder management capabilities
• Creativity in building innovative training solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive hands-on and structured work style
• Excellent communication in English both written and spoken
• Tech-savvy with digital tools for learning and content creation
• Experience with creating presentation materials and using tools such as Canva or PowerPoint is a plus
