Job Summary
- Supplier claim process management including timely organization of containment actions to ensure availability of certified parts.
- Assure the continue flow on non defect components to the production line.
- Assure Problem solving process for suppliers according to the 8D process.
- Coordinate Failure Analysis activities.
- Support to customer quality groups regarding 8Ds related to Mechanical components claims (technical support).
- Follow-up of the defect cost recovery process and concessions management.
- Support with the compliance on all Audits Internal and Externals.
- SAP set up of Components (Quality Set-Up Q-Info Record and Inspection plan).
- Ensures Preventive Quality Planning and Assurance for externally sourced parts (EZRS) including release of initial samples prior to SOP.
- Follow-up to Top worst suppliers (low performance).
- Ensure the department Target Achievement.
- Support the Goals for BPS CIP 5s and ESD.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience on similar positions in manufacturing industry
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- English language: Advanced
- Problem solving (desirable)
- Automotive Industry experience (desirable)
- Production processes experience (desirable)
- MS Office proficient
- SAP is desired
