セールスアドバイザーH&Mアパレル販売スタッフはストアの売上と利益に貢献する最高のカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供する役割を担っていまますセールスアドバイザーとして常にカスタマーを第一に考えサポートを提供し商品やファッションの知識を共有店舗運営やガーメント衣類ケアを通じてカスタマーが買い物をしやすい環境を整えますまた自分の知識やスキルをチームメンバーと共有し必要な時には助け合いながら前向きな職場環境を築いてください

主な業務内容

• 優れたカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供する
• ガーメント商品の陳列補充フロアの整理整頓ディスプレイを行う
• 販売フロアや在庫室で積極的に商品を処理補充在庫管理を行う
• 商品を開封しセキュリティタグを付けてラベルを貼る
• レジにてお客様の購入や返品をサポートし店内業務全般を担当

Qualifications :

応募資格

• 未経験OKH&Mが大好きファッションが大好きな方
• 接客に対して積極的に親切なアプローチをすることができチームプレーができる方
• チームメンバーやお客様と接する際ポジティブでやる気のある前向きなマインドをお持ちでコミュニケーション能力がある方
• 変化する状況や顧客のニーズに柔軟に対応し顧客のニーズに迅速かつ効果的に対応することがでる方
• 正社員を目指して働きたい学生やフリーターの方
• 副業掛け持ちで働きたい方
• 外国籍の方(留学生家族滞在など)も大歓迎です

試用期間36か月間試用期間中の給与勤務時間本採用と同じ

就業場所: (雇い入れ直後H&M渋谷店もしくは提示のあったそのほかの店舗 (変更の範囲) 販売及び本社における会社の定める

業務就業時間 シフト制8時間労働休憩60分週2日1日4時間OK

時間外労働の詳細ワークライフバランスを徹底するため残業には店長の事前承認が必要

時給1198円
