Sales Manager

At NKT in Nordenham we develop produce and assemble a wide range of power cable accessories for use in various onshore and offshore applications - including joints plugs and terminations. Your Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to successfully market our products and services in the renewable energy sector. Your tasks include:

  • Advancing sustainability and renewable energy
  • Identifying new business opportunities and acquiring customers
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Developing sales strategies and plans
  • Conducting sales negotiations and contract closures
  • Market analysis and competitive monitoring
  • Implementing growth rates and margins along with a coordinated pricing strategy
  • Presenting and actively selling NKT accessory products

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on business or technology
  • Several years of professional experience in a senior sales position ideally in technical sales
  • Comprehensive project experience and a good understanding of commercial technical and legal aspects including contract negotiation
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written) with additional languages being advantageous
