Job Summary
We are hiring Reservations Agents Guest Services Agents Butlers and Porters who are passionate about creating a welcoming luxurious environment for our guests.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask whilst ensuring exceptional attention to detail
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
- High level of creativity with local knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction
- A proactive can-do attitude with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends mornings and evenings
