DescriptionIncome is looking for an intern to join the Corporate Affairs (CA) team a dedicated team which plays a pivotal role in supporting and boosting the Chief Executives (CE) effectiveness.
As part of CA team you will be involved in planning and execution of corporate events and be part of the team who supports the CEs office in preparation for major meetings.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Drive seamless execution of key corporate events by managing end-to-endlogisticsincludingbut not limited to:
- Provide hands-on supportin coordinatingandimplementinglogisticsfor Incomes Annual General Meeting
- Support the planning andlogisticstheExcomRetreatcontributing to a well-organized and impactful experience for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams toconsolidateinputs forthemonthlyChairmanDashboardgainingexposure to strategic reporting and executive-level insights.
- Preparepresentation materials for Quarter Division Sharingthrough working closely with various departments to ensuretimelycirculationtoExcomfor theirDivision Meeting.
Requirements:
- Currently anundergradin business marketing or relevant courses
- Good analytical skills meticulous with a flair for numbers
- Ability to multi-task with effective time management skill
- Strong communicationand interpersonalskills;
- Comfortablefronting andworking with Executive team and senior leaders
- Works well independently as well as collaboratively
- Possess a keen interest in learning and growth
