Job Summary: As a Project Manager I within the Diversity and Inclusion team you will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and implement strategic recruiting programs focused on diversity and inclusion. You will attend events to attract diverse candidates consult on staffing strategies and maintain relationships with campuses and vendors. Your role will ensure smooth hiring and onboarding processes adherence to plans and positive candidate experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop strategic recruiting programs focused on diversity and inclusion.
- Attend internal and external events to attract and engage potential diverse candidates.
- Consult with HRBP on staffing strategies best practices and diverse talent delivery solutions.
- Develop and maintain campus/community/vendor relationships in designated areas.
- Ensure smooth hiring and onboarding in accordance with the new hire life cycle (0-90 days).
- Partner with Ops Hiring Manager and PMO to ensure adherence to the first 90 days plan.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication.
- Track metrics and provide data and reports on a regular basis.
- Maintain an ongoing review of results in relation to established KPIs.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum one year in the existing role.
- Not on any action plans.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external business unit stakeholders.
- Experience managing and directing diversity and inclusion talent acquisition
