Location: Nova Scotia Canada
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Minimum $1000/week (at least $52000 annually) travel expenses & benefits
Annual Potential: $75000 for high performers
Signing Bonus: $1000 upon successful hire
Position Overview
East Coast Water Solutions is growing and were seeking a skilled Residential Heat Pump Service Technician to support the surge in demand for energy-efficient home comfort solutions. This role is perfect for someone who loves hands-on work values craftsmanship and enjoys helping homeowners improve comfort and efficiency.
You will install test and service ductless and ducted heat pump systems in residential environments delivering professional results while representing a trusted local brand.
Qualifications Required
Must live in Nova Scotia
Do not apply if you are not currently residing within Canada
The successful candidate will have:
Valid RACM (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic) certification
Experience with heat pump installation and maintenance (ductless and/or central)
A valid drivers license and reliable work vehicle
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Professional communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Ability to manage tasks independently and stay organized
