Area Manager - New Installation
Your main responsibilities
- Plan and distribute work assignment in the team in charge in accordance with both demand and company procedures.
- Supervise and control the execution of new installation and modernizations works methods materials and documentation.
- Develop resource planning including objectives costs scheduling resource and capacity quality and safety assurance.
- Manage customer communication and compliance with Fulfillment Plus process.
- Manage tasks to achieve the objectives on time and within the cost target by strictly enforcing quality safety and customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the works.

Expertise | Desired experience in elevator and escalator industry for overall 10 years and preferably 3 years in leading teams and installation. |
Knowledge and Skills | Desired E&E product knowledge safety procedures knowledge organization and planning skills people management skills customer oriented behavior Schindler Leadership Framework behaviors required. |
Education | Bachelors degree in Technical Mechanical Electrical or Electronics Engineering. MBA (preferred) |
