t AI Due-Diligence & Value Creation Specialist
Value Driven Solutions needs a Contract AI Due-Diligence & Value Creation Specialist to fortify deal pipelines and 100-day plans evaluating target AI maturity surfacing $10-50M upsides from VDS playbooks and authoring tech/AI sections of value-creation theses for pre-LOI screens and post-close integrations. Up to 75% travel to data rooms and target sites youll deploy rapid assessment frameworks (e.g. maturity heatmaps) to benchmark against peers model intervention impacts (e.g. AI for 12% synergy capture) and roadmap quick wins like GenAI for diligence acceleration.
Youll synthesize findings into executive dossiers with scenario analyses (base/best/worst) collaborating with investment pros to prioritize tech theses amid commercial risks. Ensuring GxP/ISA compliance where relevant youll facilitate workshops for seamless handoffs. For sharp analysts with PE diligence pedigrees blending AI tech with financial acumen.
VDSs deal flow offers prime exposure to transformative opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute AI DD protocols: audits interviews upside quant (DCF models).
- Craft value plans: 100-day sprints 3-year horizons with milestones.
- Benchmark targets vs. VDS benchmarks recommending acquisitions/partners.
- Present to partners: slide decks with visuals risks/mitigants.
- Support integration: playbook adaptations for acquired tech.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors/MBA; 5 years DD/VC 2 AI-focused in PE.
- Expertise: valuation modeling tech audits AI trends.
- Proven: Influenced >$500M deals with AI angles.
- Analytical rigor with storytelling flair.
- Discreet fast-paced executor.
Preferred Experience:
- AI in industrials/healthcare DD.
- Tools like PitchBook for AI intel.
- Consulting on post-merger AI synergies.
