The Opportunity
Mentally Healthy Workplaces Australia (MHWA) is set to become a world-first centre providing nationally coordinated leadership that facilitates collaboration inspires innovation and delivers impact in workplace mental health safety and wellbeing through research evidence-based solutions and implementation support.
Working closely with MHWA Establishment Co-leads MHWAs diverse Partners and Monash University functions the Senior Establishment Project Manager establishes and strengthens systems processes and alignments across numerous establishment activities to contribute to MHWAs establishment. The role manages planning progress tracking administrative and communications activities governance support and relationship management while contributing to a positive values-driven culture where diverse perspectives are welcomed and colleagues are supported to achieve meaningful outcomes.
The position requires a solid foundation of extensive complex business or project management experience supported by relevant education and applied expertise. Success in the role is underpinned by well-developed complex and dynamic project management capabilities with a bias for action strong organisational and problem solving skills process and systems development experience attention to detail stakeholder engagement experience across complex settings and the ability to thrive in start-up or early-phase project environments.
