HVAC Technician Residential & Boilers

Location: Cleveland OH

Pay: $35 - $45/hr

Job Type: Direct Hire Onsite

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to install maintain and repair residential HVAC and boiler systems across multiple apartment communities in Northeast Ohio. This role is ideal for a certified technician with strong diagnostic and hands-on repair capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Install maintain and repair HVAC and boiler systems
Diagnose electrical and mechanical HVAC issues
Service hydronic and steam boilers
Rebuild/replace pumps and service Johnson HVAC systems
Travel between properties (vehicle or mileage provided)
Ensure timely and professional on-site service

Required Qualifications

Current HVAC Certification (CFC required)
Minimum 2 years of residential/apartment HVAC or boiler experience
Ability to lift/move 50 lbs regularly
Valid drivers license and ability to travel
Strong punctuality and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Johnson HVAC systems
Experience servicing hydronic/steam boilers
Strong mechanical troubleshooting background

Compensation & Benefits

$35 - $45/hr
