Job Advert: Test Day Coordinator in Abuja Nigeria

The British Council is recruiting a Test Day Coordinator in Abuja Nigeria. This role is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient exam delivery managing venue supervisors and resolving risks or issues that arise during the test process. You will serve as the main point of contact for venues and test day supervisors coordinating all aspects of exam preparation candidate communication and post-test activities. Close collaboration with operations and customer service teams is essential to guarantee seamless exam experiences and prompt issue resolution.

As Test Day Coordinator you will plan for upcoming test days organize resources monitor performance and ensure exam materials are securely received and stored. You will support the selection and management of venue staff oversee candidate inquiries and handle any incidents or complaints that may occur. Your role also involves supporting continuous improvement in service delivery maintaining compliance with security and risk management protocols and reporting on operational activity to assist with business decisions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelors degree excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2 proficiency) and experience working in a high-paced operational environment with a strong focus on customer service. You should be skilled at meeting tight deadlines training and guiding others and ensuring compliance and quality standards are met. Experience with exam deliveryespecially computer-based examsis an advantage.

Travel to supervise examinations in centres outside of primary base may be required sometimes.

Early morning starts overnight stays and weekend working is required.

Flexible working hours during peak periods is required.

Examination delivery deadlines are absolute; therefore out of hours working may be required in order to meet these deadlines.
