Job Summary
JPMorgan Chase is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join the operational functions in Buenos Aires. This role is ideal for individuals with 4 to 9 years of experience in operations who excel in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering high-quality results in line with JPMorgan Chase standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute operational processes related to the lifecycle of financial products ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams stakeholders and external partners to support daily operations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a strong controls environment by adhering to established procedures and supporting risk management initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency scale and resilience within the operating platform.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making and operational transparency.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders distilling complex topics into clear concise information.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned tasks proactively managing issues and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience with more than years in operations roles; experience in financial operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize data to draw appropriate conclusions.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a highly matrixed organization and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Risk and control mindset demonstrating sound judgment in balancing innovation and growth with regulatory legal and operational risk management.
- Effective communication skills able to present information clearly to stakeholders and clients.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and high standards of quality.
