Job Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned tasks proactively managing issues and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience with more than years in operations roles; experience in financial operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize data to draw appropriate conclusions.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a highly matrixed organization and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
