THE OPPORTUNITY

Responsibilities

In addition to following Chipotles policies and procedures principal responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Running excellent restaurant(s) and delivering an outstanding dining experience to every customer
Identifying crew with the potential to become future managers
Developing a high performing crew and management team
Ensuring a deep bench of future managers
Quickly improving or removing low performers
Motivating inspiring and constantly challenging the team to achieve at their highest level
Understanding that everyones success is elevated by the success of those around them and creating a culture where people act accordingly
Ensuring restaurants have excellent service safety cleanliness organization food quality and ambience
Creating strong financial performance

The ideal candidate will:

Have developed an empowered team of top performers who understand Chipotles high standards and consistently achieve them
Have created a vision for their restaurant and has their entire team working with a sense of purpose toward the goal of becoming a Restaurateur
A.A. in related field or equivalent in education and/ or experience
B.A./B.S. desirable
Must be able to speak read write and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
PC proficiency

Created a vision for their restaurant and has their entire team working with a sense of purpose toward the goal of becoming a Restaurateur

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $57000.00$81000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level experience and/or education.
