About The Team

The Dyson Business Services (DBS) organisation provide process and service excellence to support Dysons growth ambitions with a goal of innovating and enhancing services over time to meet the changing needs of the business.

About The Role

The DBS Source to Pay Product Analyst responsible for OCR VIM and Fiori is foreseen to provide high quality support for the teams working with the solutions as well as drive further enhancement and development of these.

The role is pivotal in ensuring process efficiency compliance and stability within the S2P area.

It is designed to link the DBS (Business) area with the IT function in recognizing and representing the DBS requirement to the IT teams responsible for maintenance and development of the relevant IT Product.

The Source to Pay Product Analyst will be responsible for resolving Level 0-1 tickets and change requests as submitted by the team but is also expected to provide recommendation to the business and co-create the solutions development roadmap.

You will:

• Provide technical and functional support/expertise in the area of VIM Fiori and OCR solutions

• Support Global Process Owners in driving process improvements and digitalization

• Conduct business process analysis and reviews

• Seek and deliver opportunities to streamline the process through system enhancements

• Provide guidance and expertise to the operational S2P Teams

• Oversee/ participate in relevant IT Projects and Initiatives

• Plan test and confirm the solution enhancements signs off on delivery of expected benefits

• Identify escalate and manage risks and issues follows through to resolution

• Coordinate with internal IT function and the external 3rd party solution partner

About You

Were looking for someone who has:

• Good understanding and experience in implementation of OCR/VIM/Fiori solutions

• Experience in Business Analysis

• Confidence in liaising with various stakeholders

• Highly motivated creating positive and dynamic working environment

• Ability to provide trainings to employees

• University diploma (Business / Finance / Economy / Management / IT)

• Fluency in English
