Your Impact:
As an Employee Relations Partner youll play a critical role in supporting leaders and team members with timely pragmatic and people-centred advice. You will:
Provide on-demand coaching across engagement retention performance and complex case management.
Deliver clear risk-aware and solutions-focused guidance that keeps our business moving at pace.
Build leader confidence by empowering them to make informed values-aligned decisions.
Act as a culture ambassador modelling our foundations and championing a positive inclusive and safe working environment.
Support investigations performance processes and policy interpretation across the employee lifecycle.
Partner with specialists to strengthen our organisational culture improve people practices and drive continuous improvement.
Reinforce Goodstarts commitment to safety reconciliation and a child-safe environment in everything you do.
