As the Loyalty Strategy Lead you will use your leadership strategic vision and analytical expertise to shape the brand ethos messaging and visual identity of Target Circlebringing our program pillars and benefits to life for millions of guests. Youll lead the continued evolution of the Circle brand ecosystem including messaging and visual identity ensuring every touchpoint reinforces the value of Targets loyalty program. This role calls for a blend of branding expertise strategic foresight strong organization and ability to influence global partners across marketing digital UX and creative.
Grounded in guest insights and business priorities you will define how we communicate the value of loyalty across channels. On any given day you may be shaping a creative brief orchestrating and prioritizing work against project timelines or driving cross-functional collaboration to bring complex initiatives to life. Lead development and evolution of the Target Circle brand toolkitincluding positioning messaging visual treatment and guidelines to inform cross-channel activation.
Translate program goals into data-informed branding & marketing strategies including activations across channels and guest-facing comms (site app and owned media).
Collaborate on quarterly and in-season planning to guide roadmap for brand evolution
Identify and mitigate risks to deliverables; proactively manage stakeholder alignment across internal and external partners.
Support key strategic initiatives & ad hoc projects that advance the loyalty vision & enterprise growth.
