Job Summary
The British College of Brazil (BCB) is one of the leading international schools in Sao Paulo the biggest and one of the most important cities in Brazil offering contemporary British international education to students from Pre-Nursery through to Secondary teaching ages 2 to 17 bilingually in English and Portuguese. Job Description
Supervise and manage operational teams ensuring quality and service standards are met in areas such as kitchen cleaning security and maintenance.
Oversee construction projects maintenance general services and inspections on campus conducting follow-ups and periodic contract analyses.
Organize school events and field trips coordinating logistics and ensuring the success of activities.
Manage administrative processes such as petty cash control invoice verification and monitor employees timekeeping and HR-related matters.
Required Skills/Abilities
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing operational teams.
Excellent negotiation abilities and contract management skills.
Proactive organized and highly capable of planning and prioritizing tasks.
Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and simultaneous demands.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various departments and teams.
Commitment to quality and maintaining high standards of excellence in task execution.
