As a Procurement Specialist at Irdeto you will be primarily responsible for executing strategic sourcing initiatives managing supplier contracts and handling operational procurement activities for Marketing and this role you will also have opportunities to support in other areas of the business as required. Critical to optimizing supplier relationships ensuring cost efficiency and driving procurement best practices while aligning with business objectives you will bring your knowledge gained in these areas return you will work with a supportive smart and committed team in a great workplace environment.

What you will do:

Strategic Sourcing

Align with group strategies to ensureoptimumvalue gained from existing and future synergies.

Conduct market analysis toidentifycost-saving opportunities and supplier innovations.

Lead supplierselection negotiations and contract execution to maximize value.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement activities accordingly.

Ensure compliance with internal policies legal requirements and industry best practices.

Contract & Supplier Management

Develop and manage supplier relationships ensuring performance and continuous improvement.

Lead contract negotiations and oversee contract lifecycle management.

Monitor supplier compliance& adherence toservice levels.

Manage escalations and resolve supplier-related issues efficiently.

Operational Procurement

Support end-to-end procurement processes including purchase requisitions end to end Pilot case creationandpurchaseorder management.

Ensuretimelyandaccurateprocessing of procurement transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams tooptimizeprocurement workflows and efficiency.
Identifyprocess improvement opportunities and drive implementation

Additional responsibilities:

Provide support to thegreaterProcurement team as/whenrequired

Collaborate withstakeholderstoimprove operational efficiency and support

Maintain compliance in all procurement related activities.

What you bring to the role:

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Procurement Supply Chain Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of2-4yearsexperience as a buyer.

Experience insourcingexecution and negotiations

Experience withprocurement tools and ERP systems.

Fluency in English; Dutch languageproficiencyis a plus.

Competencies & Skills:

Proactive andresults driven.

Strong negotiator.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
