Job Summary
Teacher Secondary (Economics / Business Studies / Psychology)
Position Summary:
The Secondary Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in Economics / Business Studies / Psychology to students in Grades 912. The teacher will foster critical thinking analytical ability and conceptual understanding while ensuring alignment with the schools academic standards and curriculum framework (CBSE / IB / Cambridge as applicable).
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Learning
Plan prepare and deliver lessons as per the prescribed curriculum and academic plan.
Design and implement creative learning experiences to enhance student engagement and understanding.
Integrate technology and real-world applications into classroom teaching.
Assess and evaluate student performance through classwork projects and examinations.
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Economics / Business Studies / Psychology (as applicable).
. (mandatory for CBSE / preferred for other boards).
Minimum 25 years of relevant teaching experience in secondary school.
Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
Familiarity with digital learning tools and modern pedagogical practices.
