About the History Department
The department offers a broad curriculum covering modern and medieval worlds political revolutions and historical interpretation. Trips workshops and cross-curricular projects feature heavily throughout the year.
Key Duties
Teach History across KS3KS4
Develop lessons rooted in evidence investigation and debate
Support coursework assessments and revision sessions
Take part in enrichment including museum visits & historical societies
Requirements
QTS and degree in a Humanities discipline
A passion for inclusive engaging teaching
Strong classroom presence and organisational skills
