Job Summary
IT Technician Focus on Network Infrastructure Server Maintenance and Staff Training Redbridge
A large technology-focused academy in Redbridge is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technician with a specialization in Networking and Server Support from January 2026.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience providing technical support in a multi-user environment specifically with network and server maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS Active Directory virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V) and LAN/WLAN troubleshooting.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network Microsoft MCSA/MCSE highly desirable).
- Experience providing effective technical training and guidance to teaching staff.
