Tasks
- Develop strategic plans for corporate events trade shows and conferences.
- Manage event budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for event execution.
- Oversee event logistics including venue selection catering and transportation.
- Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and experiences.
- Lead post-event evaluations and implement improvements.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
- Manage event registration processes and attendee communications.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and legal regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends to innovate event offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing or related field.
- 5 years of experience in event planning and execution.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent negotiation abilities.
