The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a non-political and non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 149000 members worldwide it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field the European Congress of Radiology (ECR) in Vienna.
The ESR is looking for a committed full-time team member (38.5 hours) to support the department of Subspecialty Society & Congress Services.
Tasks
- Office and society support (scheduling and organising meetings data administration and file management)
- Providing support to the team (e.g. administration correspondence)
- Preparation of statistics analysis and evaluations
- Marketing and communication (e.g. website social media mailings)
- Data administration
Requirements
- Excellent command of the English language (at least C1)
- German skills or French skills are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Experience as a Team Assistant is a benefit
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Strong organisational skills
- Willingness to travel (within Europe)
