We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer who has strong hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting IT Operations Management modules. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills and the ability to work independently with client teams.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer who has strong hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting IT Operations Management modules. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills and the ability to work independently with client teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop configure and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules such as:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- CMDB enhancement & integrations
- Build and maintain ITOM workflows automation scripts and orchestration activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure stable ITOM operations.
- Integrate monitoring tools and third-party systems with the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and CMDB best practices.
Required Skills
- 6 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM including Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Sound understanding of CMDB infrastructure components and integrations.
- Experience with workflows automation scripting (JavaScript) and API integrations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with client stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs.
Good to Have
- ServiceNow CSA / CIS ITOM certifications.
- Experience working with large enterprise environments.
- Exposure to Orchestration MID Server cloud discovery or monitoring tools.
