Primary Title: Real Estate Sales Executive (Property Sales Associate) On-site India

About the Opportunity

A fast-growing player in Indias residential and commercial real estate and PropTech-enabled property services sector. We specialise in end-to-end property sales client advisory and market-driven brokerage services across metropolitan and emerging micro-markets. This on-site role is ideal for results-oriented sales professionals focused on high-volume lead conversion relationship-driven sales and excellent local market knowledge.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads; convert enquiries into site visits and negotiated offers to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct property viewings prepare tailored property presentations and guide clients through pricing features and neighbourhood insights.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements coordinate documentation and handover with legal and operations teams to ensure compliant transactions.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead status pipeline activity and follow-ups to maximise conversion efficiency.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-up post-sale support and referrals to grow repeat business.
  • Monitor local market trends competitor activity and pricing movements; provide actionable feedback to marketing and product teams.
