This on-site role is ideal for results-oriented sales professionals focused on high-volume lead conversion relationship-driven sales and excellent local market knowledge.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads; convert enquiries into site visits and negotiated offers to meet monthly sales targets.
- Conduct property viewings prepare tailored property presentations and guide clients through pricing features and neighbourhood insights.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements coordinate documentation and handover with legal and operations teams to ensure compliant transactions.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead status pipeline activity and follow-ups to maximise conversion efficiency.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-up post-sale support and referrals to grow repeat business.
- Monitor local market trends competitor activity and pricing movements; provide actionable feedback to marketing and product teams.
