Begin Bright part of the Cognition Learning Group is seeking a motivated Project Officer to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting the Early Years sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early career professional who is passionate about education project delivery and making a real impact.
About the Role
As Project Officer you will be at the heart of our service delivery ensuring projects run smoothly and effectively. You will have a particular focus on supporting our Foundation Years service while also helping to promote engagement with our innovative Begin Bright products and services.
This role offers variety and collaboration and you will work closely with management marketing learning design and product development teams. You will also act as an ambassador for Begin Bright building strong networks with providers in the Early Years sector and ensuring they are aware of the support available to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and continuously improve project management processes.
- Support delivery of project plans milestones and KPIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop programme materials for marketing channels.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth programme activity.
- Assist in executing communications plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders customers and contributors.
- Promote Cognitions vision and values across the sector.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
- A strong team player with proven ability to work across functions.
- An excellent communicator both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A natural problem-solver with strong planning skills.
- Experienced or knowledgeable in areas such as project management marketing customer service administration or reporting.
