Job Summary

* Develop and implement commercial and sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners carriers and agents.

* Identify new business opportunities in ocean freight air freight land transport and logistics services.

* Lead guide and support the sales team to ensure effective pipeline management and closing of opportunities.

* Prepare pricing proposals negotiate rates with carriers and ensure competitive customer quotations.

* Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to adjust commercial strategies.

* Work closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure service quality and smooth shipment execution.

* Oversee the commercial performance of all branches and ensure alignment with company objectives.

* Prepare periodic commercial reports forecasts and KPIs for top management.

Requirements

* 10 years of experience in freight forwarding (sales or commercial) in Egypt.

* Strong knowledge of ocean air and inland logistics in Egypt.

* Proven record in business development and key account management.

* Excellent negotiation communication and leadership skills (able to manage lead and grow the sales department)

* Ability to analyze market conditions and develop strategy.
