A leading organization in aerospace delivering cutting-edge radio frequency (RF) solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated RF Engineer to join their growing technical team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Position Overview:
The RF Engineer will be responsible for the design testing optimization and maintenance of RF systems and components. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills hands-on experience with RF equipment and a passion for developing reliable high-performance communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and optimize RF circuits systems and components
Perform RF testing troubleshooting and validation of hardware
Conduct simulations and modelling using RF design tools (e.g. ADS HFSS and CST)
Analyze RF performance metrics including gain noise figure VSWR return loss and interference
Support the integration of RF modules into larger systems or platforms
Prepare technical documentation test reports and design specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as hardware software and network engineering
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
Assist with field tests drive tests or antenna measurements as required

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering Telecommunications or a related field
Solid understanding of RF principles propagation and communication systems
Experience with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers signal generators network analyzers and oscilloscopes)
Proficiency in RF simulation/design tools (ADS HFSS CST MATLAB or similar)
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
