The Role: Senior Leadership & Complex Casework
- Take the lead on the firms most challenging family law cases advising HNW/UHNW individuals
- Oversee divorce financial remedy childrens matters and cross-border family law issues
- Drive business development and play a key role in strategic growth
- Mentor and supervise junior solicitors and associates championing best practice
- Collaborate with partners on firm-wide initiatives and knowledge sharing
Requirements: What Were Looking For
- 912 years PQEas a Family Solicitor with a reputable UK practice
- Extensive experience acting for HNW/UHNW clientson complex multi-jurisdictional matters
- Deep technical expertise in high-value financial settlements and childrens law
- Strong leadership mentoring and client relationship skills
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Proven track record of commercial acumen and discretion
