2. 按照公司总体商业销售政策制定及贯彻实施本地区商业销售策略有效管理区域内的经销商包括库存管理中安全库存的制定和订单的管理价格体系的管理区域销售流向的管理经销商服务能力的监控与管理商业政策及经营策略理念沟通人员的培训与管理资源与费用的管理定期业务回顾和计划向区域内客户提供优质的售后服务数据收集与分析与经销商合作共同管理广阔医学市场渠道入药/复购/教育等提高可控终端比例
3. 建立客户挡案准确了解经销商策略性需求人员组织架构ROI各公司在经销商的销售份额
4. 保持与一级和二级经销商管理人员的密切沟通及时反馈市场信息
5. 负责招标资料的前期收集汇报为公司产品在该省份的招标工作做好相关准备中标后根据政府的文件积极主动完成二次议价如需推动经销商确保在收到提单后进行入药工作并确保跟标医疗机构销售公司中标产品
6. 其它主管指派的项目性或临时工作
