Job Summary

Service Technician

Maintenance Department

Primary Purpose

Perform routine maintenance execute troubleshooting and repairs to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of building systems and role focuses on mechanical electrical plumbing and HVAC systems supporting the overall function and safety of district facilities.

Other duties may include groundskeeping tasks such as mowing weedeating etc.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of one or more trades: HVAC electrical plumbing mechanical or carpentry
Possess a valid Texas Drivers License
Good driving record
Strong problem solving skills
