Marine Court in Littlehampton is the perfect setting for our service users and guests of Fire Fighters Charity to recover.
We are now looking for an Administrator to join our team.

The Role
As an Administrator you will work as part of a small team at Marine Court providing an efficient courteous and professional administrative service to our service users and visitors ensuring the highest possible standard of customer service.
You will undertake administration tasks as part of our organisational administration processes ensuring consistency across Fire Fighters Charity and support in ensuring our customer relationship management system is updated with the correct information in a timely manner.
Meeting and greeting our service users as they attend Marine Court at the beginning of their stay is an important part of the role and you will use your excellent interpersonal skills to provide a professional and reassuring experience for them.
About You
It is important to be successful in this role that you have administrative skills and experience of working within a customer service environment. You will show a positive approach to customer care at all times and have the ability to communicate with people both verbally and in writing maintaining a professional and courteous service.
You will have experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications including: MS Teams Word Excel and Outlook. Ideally you will also have experience using a Customer Relationship Management system
