We are currently seeking high-performing college student(s) interested in general business operations to participate in Novacores 2026 Summer Internship Program. All internship opportunities are paid and offer mentorship peer interaction project work executive visibility volunteer opportunities and networking events. The Operations team is crucial in supporting processes and project implementations. The operations internship provides a unique opportunity with exposure to all aspects of the insurance business.
Our internship program runs mid-May through the early/mid-August and is considered a hybrid work situation with 3 days required onsite and 2 days work from home.
Responsibilities
- Assist Ops team in supporting of various systems.
- Organize data and system requirements into excel for tracking purposes.
- System clean up and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic business acumen.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi task.
