Provides foundational support to CE Commercial FP&A by handling data collection reconciliations and report preparation. Ensures accuracy in sales pricing and rebate data while maintaining reporting templates. Supports senior team members with routine tasks across revenues gross margins and SG&A gaining exposure to commercial financial processes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Accurate preparation of rebate/accrual data and sales reports.

  • Maintenance of standard reporting templates and financial databases.

  • Collect and prepare sales and commercial data for budgets and forecasts under guidance ensuring inputs are accurate and delivered on time.

  • Track sales volumes revenues and gross margin performance against plan highlighting basic variances for review by senior staff.

  • Perform reconciliations on sales and cost of sales accounts during month-end closing to ensure accuracy of reported figures.

  • Maintain pricing and tender trackers along with commercial databases to keep commercial teams updated on current deals and offers.

  • Prepare standard sales and margin reports/templates for senior staff ensuring consistency and alignment with reporting requirements.

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the CE Commercial FP&A team including scheduling documentation and follow-ups.

  • Update cost centre master data and assist with allocation postings to maintain integrity of financial systems.

  • Assist in maintaining documentation required for audit and compliance purposes to support internal control standards.

  • Support data uploads into planning and reporting systems such as SAP/BI under supervision.

  • Follow up with stakeholders on missing inputs or clarifications to ensure timely completion of submissions.

  • Perform basic accuracy checks on data (e.g. comparing plan vs. prior version) to reduce errors in reporting.

  • Support ad-hoc requests and projects as delegated by Specialists or Seniors.

Our requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or related field (required)

  • Fresh graduate to 1 year of finance-related experience; exposure to sales data costing or revenue reporting is an advantage.

  • Eagerness to learn commercial FP&A processes and openness to feedback

  • Strong attention to detail in handling revenue cost and SG&A data

  • Reliable supportive and team-oriented in assisting colleagues

  • Positive attitude with adaptability in a fast-paced commercial environment

  • Willingness to build communication skills across finance and business teams

  • Basic knowledge of general accounting and finance principles.

  • Initial exposure to sales reporting and rebate tracking.

  • Willingness to learn commercial planning pricing and budgeting processes.

  • Understanding of basic financial statements (P&L balance sheet cash flow).

  • Ability to support data collection for sales and revenue reporting.

  • Familiarity with standard variance checks under supervision.

  • Exposure to customer and product profitability concepts.

  • Basic understanding of rebate agreements and flows.

  • Willingness to learn commercial KPIs (sales volume price margin).

  • Openness to cross-team collaboration with Sales and Accounting.

  • Basic proficiency in Excel (data entry formatting simple formulas).

  • Familiarity with Word and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.

  • Willingness to learn ERP systems (SAP) and reporting tools.

  • Comfortable with MS Teams and Outlook for business communication.

  • High fluency in English in business environment
