We are looking for an AI & Automation Associate (Compliance / Risk) who is passionate about
leveraging data automation and AI to solve complex operational challenges and enhance
organizational efficiency.

Role Overview
The AI & Automation Associate will act as the central engine for process innovation within
Compliance and Risk. This role goes far beyond execution youll contribute strategically to identify
bottlenecks design intelligent automation and deploy scalable solutions across compliance internal
operations customer experience and marketing. If you are a curious and self-driven problem solver
excited about using SQL scripting automation tools and AI/LLMs to drive measurable business
impact this role offers an accelerated career path and direct ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Enhance Customer & Marketing Operations
Analyze CX ticket data to identify recurring pain points and implement automation to
improve response speed and quality.
Automate data aggregation campaign review competitor benchmarking and content
research to increase marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Automate Core Business & Compliance Operations
Build and maintain automated scripts and workflows for recurring reporting tasks including
compliance client reporting and daily reconciliations (fees holdings transactions).
Build dashboards to provide a unified real-time view of KPIs and performance for leadership.
Design automated workflows to support compliance alert reviews and improve efficiency
and accuracy within KYC/AML processes.
Identify friction points in compliance workflows and design automated scalable and riskaligned improvements.

Skills & Qualifications
24 years of experience in an analytical operational or automation-focused role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script for automation within Google Workspace.
Working experience using low-code / no-code automation platforms (e.g. n8n Zapier) to
connect tools and build workflows.
Practical experience leveraging AI / LLMs for reasoning analysis or automated decisionmaking workflows.
Familiarity with visualization and analytics platforms such as Metabase MixPanel Segment
Google Analytics.
