Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Learning Facilitator for our Maintenance Training Organisation (MTO) based in Christchurch. Our MTO plays a key role in ensuring our engineers are trained to the highest standard.
How youll make an impact:
- Facilitate aircraft type training across a range of fleet types including Q300 ATR A320 B777 B787 and C130
- Coach and mentor engineering trainees to ensure competence and confidence in their technical skills
- Deliver engaging high-quality learning experiences aligned to Air New Zealands learning standards and brand values
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback to support ongoing growth and learning
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve course design and instructional delivery
- Represent the MTO as a subject matter expert maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards
What youll bring:
- Demonstrated experience facilitating aircraft type training ideally across multiple aircraft types
- Strong instructional design presentation and coaching skills with a focus on learner success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility quickly
- Commercial awareness and the ability to apply learning insights to operational outcomes
- A proactive innovative mindset and a collaborative approach
