The Cosmetologist is responsible for delivering exceptional spa experiences through high-quality esthetic services professionalism and adherence to Omni service standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring guest satisfaction by creating a tranquil welcoming environment and providing expert skincare waxing and makeup services. The position also supports retail sales and guest retention through product knowledge and personalized care recommendations

• Deliver the highest quality treatments while upholding professional and Omni brand standards.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by consistently maintaining high treatment standards.
• Begin and conclude all services promptly following outlined treatment protocols.
• Maintain a clean well-stocked treatment room and ensure all supplies and linens are prepared daily.
• Monitor inventory and ensure professional products are stocked in accordance with established PAR levels.
• Recommend appropriate retail products and strive to meet or exceed a minimum of 15% in daily/weekly/monthly retail sales.
• Provide each guest with a personalized home care prescription after every service.
• Confidently communicate the benefits of products and services to guests.
• Follow proper setup and breakdown procedures for treatment rooms and ensure timely handling of laundry.
• Assist in minimizing product waste and maintaining cost control through proper usage

• Valid South Carolina Cosmetology or Esthetics License.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in skincare waxing and makeup application.
• Strong retail and sales background with proven ability to meet targets.
• Self-motivated dependable and a collaborative team player.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• High personal standards excellent attention to detail and a guest-first attitude.
• Effective communication skills and a strong commitment to continuous professional development.
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work weekends evenings and holidays as required.
• Ability to sit stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
