Join our international team as a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialist and live in beautiful Greece working remotely while enjoying island life amazing food and rich history.

Important: This role is fully remote but you must be living in Greece (Athens or anywhere else in the country). If youre not yet in Greece we offer a full relocation package to help you move smoothly.

What Youll Be Doing

Support Spanish-speaking customers via phone chat and email with professionalism and empathy
Troubleshoot product and service issues (full training provided)
Keep accurate records and help improve the customer experience
Collaborate with a friendly multicultural team

What You Bring

Spanish (C2) and at least B2-level English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A positive curious attitude and willingness to learn
No prior experience required we will train you
Must be living in Greece or willing to relocate (remote work only within Greece)
