You will be responsible for class teaching content preparation and student management in school environments following RED HOUSEs pedagogical plan:

• Teach classes and support student learning based on the Red House pedagogical plan and individual needs.
• Understand the schools Pedagogical Proposal approach and learning expectations for the grade.
• Monitor student progress collect evidence and plan actions to support learning.
• Develop strategies with the coordination team to improve engagement and performance.
• Provide differentiated instruction and prepare adaptations for students with learning or special educational needs.
• Ensure student safety and well-being during all school activities.
• Communicate relevant student behaviors progress and incidents to the coordination team and families when required.
• Prepare weekly lesson plans review them regularly and submit materials within deadlines.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow all Red House guidelines and policies.
• Offer constructive feedback to students and collaborate with other teachers.
• Guide and support the Teaching Assistant as needed.
• Participate in meetings training sessions and professional development activities.
• Maintain an organized classroom environment and take care of learning materials.
• Perform related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Chemistry Education

Experience:

• Two years of experience teaching High School (preferred)
• Classroom management

Languages: Proficiency in English
