ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for class teaching content preparation and student management in school environments following RED HOUSEs pedagogical plan:
- Teach classes and support student learning based on the Red House pedagogical plan and individual needs.
- Understand the schools Pedagogical Proposal approach and learning expectations for the grade.
- Monitor student progress collect evidence and plan actions to support learning.
- Develop strategies with the coordination team to improve engagement and performance.
- Provide differentiated instruction and prepare adaptations for students with learning or special educational needs.
- Ensure student safety and well-being during all school activities.
- Communicate relevant student behaviors progress and incidents to the coordination team and families when required.
- Prepare weekly lesson plans review them regularly and submit materials within deadlines.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow all Red House guidelines and policies.
- Offer constructive feedback to students and collaborate with other teachers.
- Guide and support the Teaching Assistant as needed.
- Participate in meetings training sessions and professional development activities.
- Maintain an organized classroom environment and take care of learning materials.
- Perform related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
PrerequisitesEducation
- Bachelors Degree in Chemistry Education
Experience:
- Two years of experience teaching High School (preferred)
- Classroom management
Languages: Proficiency in English
Specific Technical Knowledge:
- Bilingualism
- Microsoft Office
- Video and photo recording and editing techniques
- Personal branding
- Social media tools
