Your Opportunity We are seeking aFine Dining Cook Full-Time who prides his or herself on strong cooking techniques and presentation in a fast-pace environment with a focus on organization and teamwork. Ensures the production of high quality food for staff members and Residents and meet the high standards of Fleet Landing. Key Responsibilities: Execute a variety of cooking methods: grilling sautéing searing frying broiling braising and stewing. Learn and apply modern techniques including molecular gastronomy. Maintain strong plate presentation and precise knife skills. Follow menus and recipes accurately with minimal supervision. Perform efficiently in a fast-paced à la carte environment. Assist with creating daily and seasonal menu items. Communicate effectively with the Chef de Cuisine and team regarding station needs. Interact professionally with residents and guests in an open-kitchen setting. Ensure proper food storage rotation sanitation and daily cleaning. Keep all storage areas clean and organized.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Education Required: High school education preferred. Must be able to read write speak English and follow written and oral directions. Technical or vocation training in Food Service or one (1) year on-the-job training is preferred.
