Job Summary

As the Office and Operations Manager at Nagish you will be the heartbeat of our day to day operations and the person who shapes the experience of working at our company. You will own everything related to the workplace environment internal culture office logistics and the operational rhythm that keeps our team connected and supported.

This role requires exceptional taste strong interpersonal instincts and the ability to take initiative and make decisions with confidence and good judgment. You will work closely with leadership team members and external partners to create a smooth joyful and high functioning workplace that reflects our values.

On a day to day you will:

  • Manage all office operations including equipment purchasing employee well-being stocking and maintaining office supplies.
  • Plan organize and produce internal events including offsites team dinners celebrations and team building activities.
  • Be the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries - Triaging to the right stakeholder. Always knowing who owns what.
  • Handle the day to day operations of the company which includes finance vendor and contractor management scheduling mail and more.
  • Produce unforgettable experiences to create a sense of delight in everything we do.
  • Work closely with other team members to coordinate conferences events and travel.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional taste and a strong sense for experiences that bring people together
  • Excellent judgment with the ability to make independent decisions across a wide range of operational and logistical topics
  • Highly organized proactive and reliable with a strong ownership mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to read understand and support people
  • Ability to work with vendors negotiate terms and handle invoices and payment processes
  • Comfortable managing logistics such as travel events onboarding and workplace operations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality professionalism and a calm presence
  • Outstanding communication skills in English and Hebrew and the ability to work effectively across teams

Nice to have not a must:

  • Experience as an Office Manager Operations Manager Chief of Staff EA to leadership or a similar role in a growing startup environment.
