Mission of the Candidate
The ideal candidate will lead the development of the UK/EU semiconductor market drive memory chip sales build local teams and establish a sustainable customer network across the region.
Responsibilities
Develop overseas market strategies for memory chips and semiconductor products focusing on the UK and EU
Conduct industry demand analysis and identify opportunities in sectors such as data centres and high-growth electronics
Lead business expansion for memory chip customers and establish partnerships with distributors and major European clients
Build and optimise a localised sales network including channel management and pricing strategies
Manage key customers directly ensuring strong relationships optimal payment cycles and long-term cooperation
Establish inventory monitoring systems solve channel conflicts and maintain price stability
Ensure compliance with export controls data regulations and contractual requirements
Organise and participate in European semiconductor exhibitions to enhance brand influence
Collaborate with cross-regional teams including supply chain product and legal departments
Build and manage the London-based sales team
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree or above (microelectronics-related majors preferred)
Native-level Chinese Fluent English
Minimum 5 years of semiconductor sales experience
At least 3 years specialised in memory chip sales
Track record with leading semiconductor enterprises (Samsung Micron SK Hynix preferred)
3 years of experience managing the European market especially UK clients
Candidates with UK work visa or permanent residency preferred
Experience with traders agents and original manufacturers in the semiconductor industry
Existing client resources in the UK Europe or US are a strong advantage
Experience building teams from 01 in overseas settings
