Role: Training Manager (x2) - Contract Roles
Consulting Seniority: Consultant - Manager
Day rate: 300-500 Inside IR35
Project duration: 3-6 months - one starting in January one in February
Location: Hybrid in London
Were supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale complex transformations throughout the UK.
Theyre looking for two Training Managers with end-to-end training experience within a technology-enabled business-led transformation. The training will be from strategy through to execution and include creative content delivery.

Tasks
- The training will cover culture new ways of working and behaviours as well as new system implementation
Requirements
- An independent consultanty
- 5 years experience in training ideally gained within a consulting environment
- Experience in HR and/or retail is advantageous
