Develop enhance and maintain performance test automation tools tailored for Electronic Trading and Market Connectivity Systems.

Build robust frameworks to simulate real-time trading workloads order flow market data feeds and exchange-level interactions.

Ensure all tools and components follow best engineering practices including clean coding version control testing and documentation.

Conduct performance load stress and latency testing across trading components to ensure system reliability and scalability.
-
Collaborate closely with software developers architects QA teams and business stakeholders to identify performance bottlenecks.
-
Use profiling tools system metrics and log analysis to diagnose issues in CPU memory network and I/O subsystems.
-
Work on optimization initiatives to improve throughput response times latency and system efficiency.
-
Contribute to core development projects involving low-latency high-throughput trading applications.
-
Integrate performance testing with CI/CD pipelines and ensure testing is automated and repeatable.

Prepare detailed reports dashboards and performance summaries to support release readiness.
Required Skills & Experience -
Strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter Gatling LoadRunner Locust or custom-built frameworks.

Proficiency in Core Java C or Python for building test automation tools.

Solid understanding of Electronic Trading Systems market data FIX protocol OMS/EMS or low-latency trading platforms.

Experience working with multithreaded systems distributed architectures and high-performance applications.

Familiarity with monitoring/profiling tools like Grafana Kibana Splunk AppDynamics Dynatrace tcpdump Wireshark.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to deep dive into logs time-series data and performance metrics.

Experience in Linux systems scripting and network fundamentals.

Good understanding of SDLC CI/CD pipelines and test automation practices.
